Albert A Fischer, 79, Le Mars died Sept 14 at Floyd Valley hospital.

Services will be at 1:30 pm Sept 16 in Calvary United Methodist church. The Rev Tom Balm will officiate. Burial will be in the Stanton township cemetery, rural Merrill, under the direction of the Mauer Funeral Home, Le Mars.

Mr Fischer was born Feb 6, 1895 on a farm in Stanton township. He married Freda Seiler Sept 17, 1919 at Marshall, Minnesota. The ylived and farmed in Plymouth county until retirement in 1951 when they moved into Le Mars.

Survivors include a son Marvin, Merrill; a daughter Mrs Marvin (Violet) Schultz, Merrill and eight grandchildren.

Mr Fischer was preceded in death by his wife Freda in 1966; one infant sister, one sister Esther Wetrosky, and one brother William.
