He was born Oct. 18, 1975 in Port St. Joe, Fla. to Charlene Mullins of Apalachicola and the late Daryl Mullins. He was a graduate of Apalachicola High School, served his country for three years in the U.S. Army, and was a mechanic for Leavins Seafood Inc.
He was preceded in death by his father, and grandparents, Alice and Bill Hicks.
Survived by his mother, Charlene Mullins, a son, Milan Blake Mullins of Apalachicola; a brother, George Ward III of Apalachicola; two aunts, Charlotte Gander (Jimmy) of Apalachicola, Barbara Mabrey (Brent) of Sumatra, Fla.; two uncles, Billy Hicks (Janice) of Apalachicola, Fla., and Wayne Hicks (Terryss) of Biloxi, Miss.
Services will be held 11 a.m. EST Saturday, June 26, 2010 at First United Methodist Church of Apalachicola with Brother Themo Patriotis officiating with interment to follow in Magnolia Cemetery.
