Charles H Epperson for many years prominent in state political circles died st hid home in Fairfield June 4. Mr Epperson suffered stroke of paralysis about a year ago. In 1905 and 1907 Mr Epperson was a member of the Nebraska senate. In 1921 he was a state representative and in 1920 he was a member of the Constitutional Convention. He was 63 years of age. He leaves his widow, one daughter and two grandchildren, one sister and one brother, Judge A. C. Epperson, assistant United States district attorney of Omaha.
