Brother Calvin Walker of Choctaw and Brother Alvin Stewart of Duncan were in charge of the services.
Burial was in the Oaklawn cemetery in Sulphur with the Buhner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Trammell was born October 27, 1895 in Georgetown,Texas. She spent her girlhood in Texas but lived most of her life in Oklahoma. She lived in Ada moving to Sulphur from Ada in 1939. She was a member of the Assembly of God church. She was preceded in death by her husband Luther seven years ago. She died Sunday August 7 in Hurrah Okla.
Survivors include: three sisters, Mary Barrington, of Long Beach, Calif; Bertha James, of Dallas, Texas; and Clara Harper, of Dublin, Texas; one brother, Dewey Keeton, of Dallas, Texas; six daughters: Mrs. Caldene York, of Lawton; Mrs. Blanch Payne, of Duncan; Mrs. Leona Wells, of Sulphur; Mrs. Lavon Wells, of Choctaw; Mrs. Mildred York, of Sulphur; and Mrs. Francis Williams, of Clinton; four sons: Randell Trammell, of Dallas, Texas; Leroy Trammell, of Shawnee;
Dennis Trammell, of Shawnee; and Herbert Trammell, of Sulfur; 29 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
