Elizabeth Blue Harrell, the daughter of Uriah Blue and Ruth Vanmeter, was born on July 20, 1778 in Hampshire County, Virginia before it became West Virginia in 1863. She was the wife of Noah Harrell, the son of Moses Harrell and Elizabeth (Unknown) Harrell.
