Lois L. Free

MANCHESTER - Lois L. Free, 76, of Newberry Township, died at 1:45 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Edward W. Free.
The service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the William E. Little Funeral Home Inc., 60 S. Main St., Manchester. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Free was born Feb. 18, 1921, in York. She was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Pauline E. (Haar) Wagner.
She retired from Northeastern High School, where she was a custodian. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in York and was an auxiliary member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 542.
Mrs. Free is survived by two sons, Edward L. Free of Odessa, Fla., and Morris J. Free of Manchester; a daughter, Diana D. McCall of Maine; seven grandchildren; and a brother, Richard Wagner of York.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Dr. Glenn M. Dietrich.
