BAUMBACH, CHARLOTTE (DELK)* DEATH TAKES MRS. BAUMBACH Charlotte Baumbach, resident of Lodi district for the past 12yrs, passed away in a local hospital Saturday morning following a short illness. She was 67 yrs of age. The deceased has many relatives in this district. For many years she was a member of the Ladies Aid Society of the German Baptist church of Lodi. She was the widow of Lenhart Baumbach of Lodi. Surviving are two-daughters Mrs. Louise Springer of Jamestown, N Dakota; and Mrs. Berthan Gienger of Lodi; seven sons, William, George, Charlie and Robert, all of Lodi; Henry of Galt, Eddie of Acampo and Louie of Modesto; four sister, Mrs. Henry Buchmiller of Lodi, Mrs. Martha Jensen of Kansas; six brothers, J. J. and Charles Delk of Kansas, Dave Delk of Oregon; J. C. Delk of Oklahoma and Henry and George L Delk of N Dakota. She also is survived by 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1pm at the German Baptist church with Pastor, Rev. A. Felberg, officiating. Interment will be in Lodi Cemetery.
