NESS CITY - Adolf Pfannenstiel, 76, died Jan. 13. 1985, at the Ness County Hospital, Ness City. Born April 9, 1908, at Munjor, he married Blanche Corrigan May 16, 1939, at Ness City.
He was a retried farmer and stockman and had been a Ness County resident since 1917. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Ness City.
Survivors: wife, of the home; sons, Charles E., Chase, Wayne R. Quinter; daughters, Mary E. Whipple, Jetmore, Betty L. Hatch, Superior, Neb., Tammy M. Langer Ness City; sisters, Adelene Gabel, Ness City, Sophia Mudd, Ness City; and 11 grandchildren.
Rosary will he at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Fitzgeralds Funeral Home, Ness City. Funeral will he at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, Father John Strasser. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
