Otis Brown did his medical training in Baltimore before coming back to serve his community in Warren County for the rest of his life. In his will he gave equipment and books to medical institutions. He was also generous to family while he was alive. He funded college educations for a nephew and a niece who could not have afforded that on their own. He was an all 'round great man.
