Edna Lamb, 83, Calvin Wilson Road, New Providence, died Monday, April 19, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. in her home. Her death followed an illness.
She was a member of the New Providence Church of Christ and worked for Ryan's Shoe Store in sales for 10 years.
She was born in Calloway County on May 25, 1920, to the late Hardin and Bessie Adams Giles. She is preceded in death by one brother, Romual Giles.
She is survived by her husband, Odell Lamb; one daughter, Kay Ehrhardt and husband, Allen, Benton; two sons, Bobby Smith and wife Peggy, New Providence, and Danny Lamb and wife Sue Ellen, Versailles; one sister, Joann Eldridge and husband Cotton, Murray; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Alan Martin, Jeramiah Tatum and Bryan Dill officiating. Burial will follow at Murray Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
