I searched the entire cemetery and could not find the grave.
They also reported, specifically:
Grave not found and I surveyed the cemetery

I actually photographed the entire cemetery myself and found no stone for Sally

Based on the ages of her children, and also discrepancies I found in multiple places, I suggest her birth date must be much earlier...
