John Douglas Dunaway, 62 of Knightstown passed away Tuesday, March 9 1998,at the brandywine Manor in Greenfield.
He was born on September 13, 1935, in New castle, Indiana, the son of John dunaway and Mildren (Calpha) Dunaway. He was married to Mary Lou Chance in 1968 and she preceded him in deathin 1993. Mr. Dunaway was self-employed and was owner of Doug's Picking' Parlor in Knightstown. He was a member of the White River Bluegrass Association, the Central Indiana Bluegrass Association and the Indiana Friends of Bluegrass Association.
Survivors include his mother, Mildred Dunaway of new Castle, In: and a sister Martha Neal of Muncie.
He was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Services were held on Friday March 13, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. at the Todd Funeral Home, ButcherChapel in Knightstown In. with Rev. Randy Gross officiating. Burial followed at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown In:
