Ronald, 53, from Charlotte, died in Detroit Receiving Hospital, of central spinal cord syndrom. He went to the loving arms of Jesus surrounded by his family and friends. Ron was born to Ernam and Virginia (Holley) Royston.

He retired from General Motors Warehouse in April of 2009. He was an avid outdoorsman, especially enjoying hunting and watching for his "30 point buck".

Ron is survived by his parents; sisters, Silver (Marvin) Spitzley and Dawn (Dan) Hoffman both of Charlotte; daughter, Cassie (Casey) King of Stevensville; son, Jason (Melissa) Hulsebos of Springport; grandson, Camden King; special friend, Linda Moloney; niece, Autumn (Gary) Teeple and family; nephew, Nathan (Sarah) Spitzley and family; aunts and uncles; cousins; and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his nephew, Ethan Teeple.

A celebration of Ron's life was held Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte, MI with Pastor Randy Royston officiating.
