Embry Lee Gadjen, 76, died Friday at Summerfield Manor.
He was a retired security guard for Louisville Gas & Electric Co., a retired pari-mutuel teller for Churchill Downs, where he had worked 25 years, and a member of Catholic Order of Foresters.
Survivors: his wife, the former Anna T. Ratterman; a daughter, Mary Ann Gray; and a grandchild.
Funeral: noon Monday, Incarnation Catholic Church, 2229 Lower Hunters Trace. Burial: Calvary Cemetery. Visitation: Ratterman's-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, 5-9 p.m. Saturday and 1-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
