BERYL DALE WEATHERS, 72, of Southaven, self-employed general concrete contractor, died of cancer Saturday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Southaven, where he was a member, with burial in Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven. Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven has charge. He was a World War II Army veteran. Mr. Weathers, the husband of Margaret L. Weathers, also leaves two daughters, Rebecca Richardson of Hayward, Calif., and Reva Weathers of Wichita, Kan.; four sons, Richard L. Weathers of Green Cove Springs, Fla., Roger D. Weathers of Westminster, Colo., Robin W. Weathers of Douglasville, Ga., and Ron R. Weathers of Temple, Ga.; four sisters, Bessie Clover, Phyllis Rice, Velma Pederson and Gladys Weathers, all of Kansas; two brothers, Roy Weathers of Oklahoma and Gene Weathers of Kansas, and 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Colonial Hills Baptist Church Widows' Ministry or Hospice of Southaven. (Published in The Commercial Appeal 12/28/1998)
