Jarrold "Jake" Edward Collard was born in Huntington, Utah. Son of George William Collard and Maggie Elizabeth Rowley. On 7 Nov 1934 Viola Belnap and Jarrold Collard were married at Viola father’s house by Bishop William E. Bills. They lived their life in Blackfoot, Idaho. They had four children, 2 boys and 2 girls, and many grandchildren. Several years after Jake's death, Viola remarried to Lloyd Stuart.
