Renovo- Mrs. Dollie Heaps, 62, wife of Samuel Heaps of Drury's Run, died Thursday at the Renovo hospital following an illness with arthritis. She had been a patient for a week, had been confined to her bed eight months and had been in failing health for years.
Funeral services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the home at Drurys Run, the Rev. William A. Tecklinburg officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
Born at Lewiston, she was married to Mr. Heaps 43 years ago at Farrandsville and has lived here for 24 years. She was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle.
Survivors are her husband, a son and two daughters, Clement, at home; Mrs. Clarence Durandetto, Dururys Run, and Mrs. Harvey Eaton, Tonawanda, N.Y.; three sisters, Mrs. Ben Doffey, South Renovo; Mrs. Lewis Bailey, Drurys Run, and Mrs. Roland Gardner, Meadow Land, Pa.; also eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
