Obituary: Survived by twelve grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Susan Bird, of Detroit. After the death of her husband she continued farming for about eight years and then retired to live with her children. Services were conducted by Rev. W.B. Cunningham at Grace Anglican Church, Millbank. Pallbearers were: James McKee, S.J. Harron, Wm. Knight, Albert Mundell, Morton Lang and Lorne Rennie. Among the friends present from a distance were Mr. A McCloy and son Welland, of Stratford; Miss Carrie Bird, of Detroit; Miss Jean Rennie, of Kitchener. (Source: James R. Gibson).
