William Everett Blackwell, 63, of Appleton, died Monday, Feb. 16, 2004.
He was born June 22, 1941, in Appleton, a son of Ruthie (Rainwater) and Hobart Blackwell. He was self employed in the plumbing and heat and air business.
Other than his mother, survivors include his wife, Murielene Blackwell; one son, William Blackwell of Atkins; one daughter, Louise Cothren of Appleton; one brother, Raymond Blackwell of Appleton; one sister, Diane Barefield of Appleton; four grandchildren; two step grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were 10 a.m. Thursday at Evangelistic Fellowship Church in Appleton by the Revs. Darwin Barnhouse and Jimmy Coffman. Burial was at Appleton Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service.
Pallbearers were David Hill, Rex Tyler, Hurlan Muncy, John Muncy, Bob Jacimore, and Danny Bewley. Honorary pallbearers were William Wilson, Harold McGowan and David Cothren.
