Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Gracemont high school auditorium for John Caswell Harrison Sr., pioneer Gracemont farmer.

Harrison, born May 23, 1869, in Marysville, Tenn., died about 10:30 a.m. Monday at his home on Route 1, Gracemont. Rev. Barty Garrett, Minco, will be assisted by Rev. Orville Hawkins, Gracemont, in conducting the services. Burial will be in the Gracemont I.O.O.F. cemetery under direction of Smith Funeral chapel, Anadarko.

Harrison came to Gracemont in 1910, and had farmed since then until his retirement several years ago due to ill health.

Survivors include seven sons, Will, Leonard, Judd, Alonzo and J. C., Jr., all of Gracemont, Raymond, Anadarko, and Maurice, Peoria, Ariz.; four daughters, Mrs. Elsie Johnson and Mrs. Myrtle Wilson, both of Alaomo, Tex., Mrs. Bulah Rodgers, and Mrs. Alice Embrey, both of Oakland, Calif.; two brothers, Walter, Chickasha, and Benjamin, Clovis, N. M.; three sisters, Mrs. Artie Ingram, Anadarko, Mrs. Myrtle Veneable, Verden, and Mrs. Grace Kaiser, Hail [Hale] Center, Tex.; 47 grandchildren, 78 great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren.
