RIPLEY - McKendre Forrest Knapp, 89, of Sandyville, a retired farmer and member of the Sandyville United Methodiest Church, died Thursday at Villars Nursing Home at Elizabeth after a long illness.
The funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Sandyville United Methodiest Church with the Rev. Ulysses Rhea in charge. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
Survivors: daughters, Mrs. Bruce Sheppard of Liverpool, Mrs. Paul E. Fisher of Sandyville, Mrs. K. D. Finch of Elizabeth.
