The funeral was held at 11 a.m. from Whiterock Assembly of God Church, Phenix City, Wednesday, with the burial in Lakeview Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Adams lived in Phenix City for 26 years and worked for Douglas and Lomason Co. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church of Columbus.
Mrs. Adams was born May 1, 1946, in Montgomery, La., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd O. Stroud.
She is survived by her husband R.C. and two daughters, Linda Faye Milligan and Tammy Lynn Williamson, both of Phenix City, Ala.; seven brothers, Bobby Stroud of Grand Isle La., Douglas Stroud of Ovett, Miss., Riley Stroud of Highland Park, Ill., Fred Stroud of Colfax, La., and Ray Stroud, Grover Stroud, Harold Stroud all of Montgomery, La.; two sisters, Verna Lee Hickman of Canadian, Texas and Marlene Thomas of Alexandria, La.; two grandchildren.
