Helen Elarton, 81, of Chandler, Arizona, passed away peacefully at home on June 8, 2010, with family at her side.
She was born March 4, 1929 in Glenwood, Missouri. She moved to Arizona 55 years ago and spent her life as a homemaker raising seven children and a granddaughter.
She is survived by her children: Don (Maria) Elarton, Dennis (Valree) Elarton, Donna Pierce, Darren Elarton, Dino Elarton and Brock Selig, Jody (Greg) Vaughan, and Dana (Jim) Tayner; her grandchildren: Amanda Elarton, Cassidy (Pierce) and Tito Vargas, Greg Elarton, Anika Elarton-Selig and Kira Elarton-Selig; and great-granddaughter, Vienna Vargas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don; her sister, Virginia Stogdill; and her grandson, Aaron Elarton.
She is a wonderful woman who will be missed by all who knew her.
Graveside services will be held at Valley of the Sun Cemetery in Chandler, Arizona, on Friday, June 18, 2010, at 10:00 a.m.
