Funeral services for Mrs. Annie L. Davidson, 89, of the Coalfire community near Reform, were held Sunday at 2:00 pm from Coalfire Baptist Church with the Rev. Thomas Findley, Rev. Dan Brown and Rev. Billy Ray Odum officiating.
Mrs. Davidson, a native of Pickens County was the widow of the late Samuel Davidson and had lived in both Pickens and Lamar counties in former years. She was a member of Coalfire Baptist Church. She died Friday, January 7, 1972 in North Pickens County Hospital. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Willie Bishop and Mrs. George Bishop, both of Coalfire; a son Raymond Davidson of Coalfire; three sisters, Mrs.
Georgia Roberston of Millport, Mrs. Minnie Northcutt of Columbus and Mrs. Kitty Gray Richardson of Memphis, Tenn.; two brothers, Tommy Estes of Millport and Walter Estes of Chunky, Miss; seven grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren. Burial was in Arbor Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Stabler Funeral Home directing.
