Jordan - Funeral services were held Monday for Jake Fellman, 80, a Jordan resident since 1916.
Mr. Fellman had been an independent water well contractor and had owned and operated a flour mill, hardware store, and motel. He died Thursday in Jordan Hospital of infirmities of old age.
He was born Dec. 31, 1882, in Buffalo Lake, Minn. He homesteaded and ran a livery stable in Antler, N.D., before moving to Montana.
In 1907 he married Celia Letcher in Antler. She died in 1913. Survivors are two sons, Edwin Fellman of Billings, and Phillip Fellman of Jordan; one daughter, Mrs. Carl Harbaugh of Jordan.
