"Patsy Ruth Bland Cheatham, 'Pat' to her friends and family, age 81, of Austin, died Thursday, October 30, 2008, after a battle with Alzheimer's. Pat was born in Dallas, Texas in 1926, where she lived until she married Jimmie R. Cheatham, Jr. on October 3, 1946. She and Jim moved their family to Austin in 1963 where they remained until their deaths. Pat was a real estate agent with Sherry Browne Realtors until she retired in 2002. Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Jimmie R. Cheatham, Jr. Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Christman, Elizabeth Foster and Carole Long; her grandchildren, Mary Jo Mojica, Sarah Long, Austin Foster, and Augustus 'Gus' Long; her great-grandchildren, Christian Mojica, Jayvin Mojica and Angel Mojica; her son-in-law, John V. Christman; her grandson-in-law, Randy Mojica; her beloved niece and nephew, Pamela Luttrell and Howard Luttrell; and her sister-in-law, Margaret Luttrell, of Dallas...."
