A resident of Silverton for 64 years, Koloen was born inNorway, July 21, 1875, and came to the United States when he was 17.
He leaves his wife, Gunhild, of Silverton; a brother, Paul Koleoen, address unknown, and a niece Mrs. Olaf Tokstad of Silverton.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Immanuel Lutheran Church, Pastor Gerald Amundson officiating. Interment will be in Valley View Cemetery. Ekman Funeral Home is in charge.
