He married Margaret Moodie, b 1798, and had seven children.
He is interred alongwith his two unmarried daughters Elizabeth and Isabella. His son James is also at rest here.
David their son, b 1830 was my great grandfather.
Unfortunately, the headstone has lain on its side for many years with a tree growing against it. Consequently only the bottom half of the stone is open for scrutiny.
