Eugene Williams was the son of Susan Brown and Julius Williams.

He married about 1910-1914 Ida Chisolm, b. 1895, d. 1970, daughter of Hannah and Larry Chisolm.

He is listed in the 1900 and 1910 US Census at Hilton Head Island, Beaufort Co., SC, with his parents and siblings.

Eugene registered for the World War I draft at age 23, date of birth 1894; occupation (Self-Employed) Farmer; married with two children. He served as a Private, OM Corps, in World War I. He enlisted July 18, 1918, and was discharged March 26, 1919.
