Mr. Holland died at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, in Hall County Hospital in Memphis. He was born June 9, 1885 at DeLeon, Texas and came to Donley County in 1912. He married Eva Bradley Hill April 27, 1940 at Roby, Texas. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Clarendon.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eva Holland of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Bob Moss of Wichita Falls; one son, Ben Hill Jr. of Dimmitt, Texas; a sister, Mrs. B.J. Leathers of Clarendon; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Bearers will be: Joe Lovell, Lynn Payne, Pat Myers, Willard Skelton, Leroy Leathers and H.S. Richardson.
