She was born June 19, 1912, to Jacob J. and Justina (Boese) Nachtigal in Inman. They preceded her in death. She married Leroy L. Janzen Aug. 31, 1944, in Hesston. He preceded her in death Feb. 23, 1990.
She was a member of First Mennonite Church in Halstead.
Survivors include: two sons, Larry Janzen of Burleson, Texas, and Norman Janzen of Halstead; two daughters, Judith Regehr of Grandbury, Texas, and Deloris Hiebert of El Dorado; two stepsons, Marlin Janzen of Albuquerque, N.M., and Glenn Janzen of Apache Junction, Ariz.; a stepdaughter, Pauline Miller of Newton; a sister, Elma Wiebe of Whitewater; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry and Albert Nachtigal.
