Frieda Frances Bohannon, 93, died Wednesday, July 2, 2003, at a local care home.
Mrs. Bohannon was born May 9, 1910, to Henry and Sadie Gregg Calderwood in Denison.
She was married to Carl Bohannon, who died in 1994.
Frieda was a member of Ladies Golf at Western Hills Golf Course, the Village Greens Golf Course in Ozawkie and Central Park Christian Church.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, R.E. "Bob" and Eileen Bohannon, Topeka, and Gary and Teresa Bohannon, Albuquerque N.M.; her brothers Bob Calderwood, Seneca, and Sam Calderwood, Topeka; sisters, Betty Woodward and Emma Cress, both of Topeka; grandsons, Jon Bohannon, Topeka, Todd Bohannon, Tucson, Ariz., and Brett Bohannon Albuquerque, N.M.; great-granddaughter, Brooke Bohannon; and great-grandsons, Casey, Riley and Brady Bohannon.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
