Mrs Nannie (Lynch) Pritt, wife of Mr Newton N Pritt, entered into at her home near Hillsdale, Monroe county, about 6 o'clock on Monday morning last August 6 after a long illness of Bright's disease, complicated with other maladies. Mrs Pritt was 54 years of age. She was a daughter of the late W H and Susan (Kelly) Lynch, and was born and reared within a few hundred yards of where she died. She was a member of the M E Church south and had been for many years actively identified with its Christian activities.

Mrs Pritt is survived by her husband, three sons, Messrs Will, Carl G and Harold Pritt; two daughters, Mrs Ellis Givens and Miss Gaye Pritt; five brothers, Messrs C E, J W, G W and N Y Lynch of this community and Mr S A Lynch of Princeton; and one sister, Mrs S H C Burdette, of Hillsdale.

The funeral took place from Hillsdale church at 1:30 o'clock last Tuesday afternoon, Rev R K Nevitt conducting the services, assisted by Revs Robt B Hudson and R R Gray.
