Ralph V. Allinson, 74, of Hubbard, died Friday of an apparent heart attack when he was changing a flat tire at the corner of Allinson and Feller roads in rural Hubbard.
Born in Good Hope, MO., he moved to Hubbard in 1960 from California. He was a business agent for the House Painters Union 724 in Salem from 1962 to 1965 when he retired.
