Giddings - Mildred Fay Roberts, 63, died Wednesday in a Brenham Medical Center Hospital. Services will be at 1:p.m. Friday at Melton Funeral Home Chapel of Memories in breckenridge. Burial will be in Harpersville Cemetery. Mrs. Roberts was born in Breckenridge, attended nursing schoolat Temple Junior College, was a licensed vocational nurse and former empolyee at Hernesy Nursing Home. She was a Methodist and the widow of Mathew Weldon Roberts.
Survivors include; Daughter, Virginia Fay Beckett of Giddings, Four Sons, William Wayne Roberts of Devine, James Raymond Roberts of Bryan, David Weldon Roberts og Giggings and Floyd Dean Roberts ofDilley; Two Sisters, Virgie Bernice Chandler "Clary" of Odessa, Bertie Fay Segler "Green" of Ranger; Four Brothers, James A. Clary of Stanton, Johnny R. Clary of New Orleans, George D. Clary and Jimmy R. Green both of Odessa; 19 Grandchildren; Four Great-Grandchildren; and serveral nieces and nephews.
