Catherine "Cathy" Marie Hock Abadie went to her final resting place on Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Devoted mother of Barbara Shelton (Butch), Richard (Paula) and Scott (Stephanie) Abadie. Grandmother of Jamison, Jourdon, Jarrett, Stephanie, Jamie, Jackson, Matthew and Olivia. Great-grandmother of five. Sister of Jean Rehage (George), GiGi Maus (late Carl) and the late Shirley Hanberg (late William). She was a retired secretary after 25 years with Puerto Rican Marine Imports. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Age 77 years. A native of Pittsburg, PA and a resident of Destrehan for the past 18 years.
