"Almiron Brown (3048), brother of the preceding, b. Dec. 20, 1802; d., Hull Prairie, O., Mar. 4, 1885; m- (I) Bridgewater, N. Y., Feb. 6, 1827, Harriet Frary Stow, a teacher, whom he met while attending Madison, now Colgate, University. She was b. in Chatham, N. Y., July 23, 1806; dau. of Horace Stow and Sarah Packard; d., Monroeville, O., Sept., 1846. He m. (2), May 22, 1849, at Monroeville, Harriet Yeomans, dau. of William Yeomans, a pioneer and a soldier of the War of 1812, and Betsey Stevens Yeomans; d., Hull Prairie, Oct. 25, 1898."
Harriet A. Yeoman had at least 2 sisters, Mary A. Yeoman and Sarah Ann Yeoman. Sarah Ann Yeoman married Myron Gilbert Browne, one of Almiron's sons. Their mother Betsey born about 1782 in Connecticut appears to have married Jonathan Stephens/Stevens in Huron County, Ohio December 3, 1847. Betsey Stevens/Stephens is found living in Sherman, Huron, Ohio with her daughter and son-in-law, Mary A. and William Randall in 1850 and then in 1860 she is found living with her daughter and son-in-law Harriet A. and Almiron Brown in Middleton Township, Wood County, Ohio.
Harriet and Almiron Brown had two children both born in Perrysburg, Wood County, Ohio: Charles Miner Browne born April 19, 1851 and Mary Almira Brown September 25, 1855.
Harriet died October 25, 1898 in Perrysburg, Wood County, Ohio and is buried in Fort Meigs Cemetery there."
