Born in Kingston, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Gerald and Doris Barmann Every Sr. She was a former Daniel High School teacher, a graduate of Clemson University and a member and Sunday school teacher at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Surviving are widower of the home; sons, Johnny Lee Jr. and Bryan Earl Dyar of the home; brothers, Gerald Jr. and Brace Every Dyar of Kingston, N.Y.
Services at 4 p.m. Monday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church by the Revs. Charles Dockins and Alvin Crooks.
Burial in Old Stone Church Cemetery.
The body is at Duckett Funeral Home Central where the family will receive friends from 7-9 pm Sunday.
The family is at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Dyar, Route 3.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church building fund or the American Cancer Society.
