Mrs Setitia (sp) Flegal Womer, 71, widow of O.S. Womer, died at her North Philipsburg home yesterday at 2:15pm.
Mrs Womer was born October 30, 1881 at Graham Station, near Philipsburg, a daughter of Alexander and Mary Stone Flegal. She was a member of the Rush Township School Board for many years, secretary-treasurer of the North Philipsburg school cafeteria, and was always actively interested in school work until illness forced her to relinquish her duties. Preceded in her death by her husband in 1933, she is survived by the following children: Mrs W. S Granlun, Mrs James W Whitehead and Donald, all of Philipsburg; Mrs D G van Ormer of Kane; Norman of Snow Shoe; Mrs W H Stauder of San Bernadino, Calif., and James of Massilon, Ohio.
Thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a brother Roy E Flegal of Philipsburg, and two sisters, Mrs R P Kephart of Mt. Union, and Mrs Rella Devinney of Pitcairn, also survive.
Funeral services will be held from the home of her son Donald, with whom she made her home on Wednesday at 2:30 pm, Rev Chauncey Varner of the Philipsburg EUB Church officiating. Burial will be in the Philipsburg Cemetery.
Friends may call at the home until time of services.
