Mayfield, Ky. — Randal Joseph Carrico, 87, of Mayfield died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
Mr. Carrico was a retired parts manager for the Ford dealership in Mayfield with 45 years of service and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayfield.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Louise Garland Carrico; two sons, Randy Carrico of Mayfield and David Carrico of Murray; three sisters, Betty Thompson and Pat Hobbs, both of Fancy Farm, and Ann Hayden of Mayfield; three brothers, Jude "Ignatius" Carrico of Mayfield and Rudy Carrico and Leon Carrico, both of Fancy Farm; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Andrea Carrico; one granddaughter; one sister; and two brothers. His parents were Joseph Haesley and Mary Irene Thomas Carrico.
A funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayfield with Father Darrell Venters officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, with prayers at 6.
