Pastor for many years of Macedonia Independent Methodist Church, to which the cemetery is attached,for years.

Macedonia "the old Church" where Frank Garrett used to preach and to which Macedonia Cemetery was joined. It was torn down some time ago to make way for a newer, but not better, church.
