He was a member of IBEW, local union 60. Rusty was a kind hearted and loving man, son, brother, husband and friend.
He was preceded in death by his stepmother, Rhonda and his grandfather, Col. Gerard Sneller.
Rusty is survived by his wife, Denise Walters; father, Conrad Walters; mother, Jean Denison; father-in-law, David Porter, Sr.; stepmother-in-law, Jeri Porter; mother-in-law, Carol Porter; sister, Hillary Walters Nix (Capt.
