Memorial service for Donald A. Arbogast, 75 of Lawton will be at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2009 at The Zoo, 1201 SW Sheridan, Lawton, Oklahoma.

Mr. Arbogast died on Friday, April 3, 2009 in Lawton. Burial will be at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, Oklahoma at a later date.

He was born on July 20, 1933 in Churchville, Virginia to Russell H. and Gladys Rexrode Arbogast. He grew up in Virginia and attended school there. He joined the United States Navy on April 2, 1951 in Winchester, Virginia. He served in Japan and Korea. He received the National Defence Medal, Navy Occupation Medal, United Nations Medal and the Korean Service Medal.

He was honorably discharged from the Navy on May 3, 1954. He came to Oklahoma and worked in the construction business.

He is survived by one sister, one brother, and a host of loving friends.
