Mary was the daughter of Mark and Lucinda Meagley Richardson of Ireland and New York and had siblings Martha (1840), Francis (1841 - 1919), Elizabeth(1844 - 1928), Lydia Ann(1845 - 1928), Mary(1848 - 1926), Emily (1851 - 1934), Ellen(1853 - 1941), Watson(1855 - 1915), Charles(1859 - 1909), and Granville (1860). She married George E. Neville on 27 August 1872 in Lucas County, and they had three daughters: Bessie, Ella, and Grace. Mary died from cirrhosis of the liver and myocarditis at the age of 75 years 10 months and 22 days.
