North - Mattie Argoe Robinson, 95, of North, died Monday, November 7, 2005. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 9, in Pen Branch Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Shull officiating. Mrs. Robinson was born in North, a daughter of the late Paul S. and Annie Pou Argoe. She was a member of First Baptist Church of North and was a graduate of North High School. She was a former partner of Paul Argoe Screens Inc. and was a retired farmer. She was married to the late Joseph Benson Robinson. Mrs. Robinson was predeceased by two brothers, Andrew Legare Argoe and George L. Argoe. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Lodoskie and Reuel Inabinet, of North; a sister, Mildred Brunson, of The Methodist Oaks; and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of North or to Pen Branch Cemetery.
