Mrs. Willie Russell Musselwhite, 68, wife of William Benson Musselwhite, died Saturday at her home in Durant.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 27, from Southern Funeral Chapel wth the Reverend E.G. Potts, assisted by the Reverend Ed McDaniel, officiating. Interment was in Mizpah Cemetery. Mrs. Musselwhite was a native of Montgomery County and had lived in Durant for 39 years. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Winford Rucker of Jackson, James Rucker of Vicksburg, and Travis R. Rucker of Durant one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Rucker Thomas of Crystal Srings; two brothers, A.B. Parkerson of Winona, James C. Parkerson of Birmngham, Ala., three sisters, Mrs. Frand Montague of Vaiden, Mrs. Frank Mayo of Jackson, and Mrs. Mozelle Hambrick of Bellflower, Cal.,thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Pall bearers were Steve Musselwhite, Tobd Moss, JC. Robertson, Bobby Killebrew, Joe Lewis and Sonny Potts.
