William Charles "Dub" Camille, a bailiff with the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office for 10 years, a retired teacher with the West Baton Rouge Parish school system and retired U.S. Army sergeant, died at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2002, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Mid City. He was 76 and a resident and native of Baton Rouge.

Visiting at Hall's Mortuary, Port Allen, until religious service, conducted by Elder George C. Pierce. Interment in Port Hudson National Cemetery.

Survived by his wife of 41 years, Eula J. Camille; a daughter and son-in-law, Janice C. and Melvin Heatly; a son, William C. Camille; a sister-in-law, Geraldine J. Porche; a brother-in-law, Joseph M. Porche; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, sister, grandson and nephew.
