(Ervin) Zavada of Salisbury, North Carolina; 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Walter (Stella) Wojciechowski of Gary, Joseph (Sophie) Wojciechowski of Hobart, Zygmund (Carole) Woods of Hobart; 4 sisters, Mary Kadow of Tacoma, Washington, Lucille (Joseph) Euvino of Hobart, Eva Roth of Hobart, Zita (Walter) August of Bloomington, Indiana. Preceded in death by husband, Frank. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 1, 1992 at 10:00 a.m. from Pruzin Brothers Chapel, Rev. John R. Winterlin officiating. Burial Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service, 6360 Broadway, Merrillville on Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
