KAYSVILLE - Anita began her journey on March 11, 1935 and slipped into her eternity peacefully on February 1, 2007 from cancer.

The old Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT was the place of her birth to goodly parents Verno Larson and Rachel Anderson, bonded in love. Her matrix of siblings, linked in song and music, were John, Ferris, Kathleen Clawson, Donald, Nancy Kopsidas, and Lynette Swapp. She attended elementary school and North Davis Junior High in Clearfield, then graduated from Davis High in 1953.

Anita exchanged vows with LaMar Timothy in the Salt Lake Temple on September 18, 1953. Her typing skills at Hill AFB put hubby through college receiving her PhT. Bearing eight children gave meaning to her life, her utmost spiritual experiences. They in turn bore 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Anita also mothered four Native American children: Pyn, Elvira, Delana, and Tom; nephews: Eric and Scott; a niece: Tracy; and three or four strays. She nursed, fed, bathed, washed, guided with love, listened to piano practices, cooked with, and played with up to 12 kids at once as they came and went in her home called the Timothy Hotel. Song and piano connected her with children. Usually by 6 a.m. her workday began and frequently didn't finish till midnight.

Her favorite church callings were with the Young Women and music. As an avid supporter of the arts, Anita served in the Utah Symphony Guild and held season tickets to the Utah Opera for many years. She worked at the Pioneer Memorial Theater and sang in the Kaysville-Fruit Heights Master Chorale.

Anita was sustained by her religious beliefs, her music, husband, children and their spouses: Chris and NaDine, Dianne and Blake Webster, Brett, Mark, Leslie and Melvin Corpening, Alison, John and Andrea, Laura Jean and Dave DiGregorio.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Brookhaven Chapel, 190 N. Country Rd.
