Josephine was the eighth of ten children born to Tobias Henn (1855-1926) and Maria Gaukler (1860-1931) in Wisconsin. She married Harry M. Forister in 1917 in Cheyenne, Wyoming and had two daughters Loraine, and Virginia. She died at age 88 in Cheyenne.
